3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information when submitting service requests.

  • Respect payment terms, including pre-order and final payment fees.

  • Use the app only for lawful and intended purposes.

4. Payments

  • A non-refundable request fee is charged to begin processing your request.

  • The final product or service cost is charged after user confirmation.

  • All payments are processed securely through approved providers: Visa, MasterCard, Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay.

5. Request Lifecycle

Request Status Stages:
New Request → Under Review → Options Ready → Accepted → In Progress → Out for Delivery → Delivered → Completed → Cancelled

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Pre-order fees are non-refundable once the review process has begun.

  • Refunds for confirmed orders may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

    • Failed delivery

    • Item not as described

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and service designs within BeSpoken are the intellectual property of Technzone or licensed third parties. Reproduction or redistribution is not permitted without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • BeSpoken is provided "as is"; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.
